When you go out of the door to the left and take the first street down, you have some super nice restaurants. You're like 5 minutes away from the beach. Nice little balcony to chill in the evening.

Hermoso apartamento!!!

La ubicación, el apartamento y que tenga lugar para el coche. El edificio (entrada y escaleras) no estaba muy limpio. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, solo nos faltó una aspiradora y nos hubiera gustado otro juego de llaves porque éramos 2 matrimonios y cuando salíamos por separado teníamos que acordar quien llegaba primero.

Für unsere 3 Kinder absolut super gelegen. Gegenüber der Spielplatz und super nah zum Strand. Perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe oder in der Tiefgarge. Die Unterkunft selbst war toll gestaltet und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalz keine Wünsche offen ließen. Für uns sehr tolle 4 Wochen. Danke.

Estupenda ubicación, especialmente por la cercanía a la playa y a los restaurantes. El piso muy moderno con mucho confort y comodidades. Nos hospedamos una familia de 4 adultos y cada quien tenía su espacio, y lo mejor, el parking en el mismo edificio, lo cual evitaba la molestia de buscar puesto disponible para aparcar. Sin lugar a dudas regresaría y lo recomendaría a mis familiares y amigos. Muy buena selección!!!

Las características y los ammenities que posee se corresponden con lo que describen en su página. Lo mejor de todo, el tener su propio parking dentro del edificio, lo cual es muy importante porque se evitan las molestias de estar buscando un puesto donde aparcar. Sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomendaría. Excepcional! Echamos en falta el que no hubiera una sombrilla y una neverita para llevar a la playa. En algunos sitios nos conseguimos con que no había posibilidad de alquilar el servicio de hamacas por estar totalmente copado (lleno).

Great Apartment in a very central location just 250m from the beach and the marina of Port dˋAlcudia. Within 250m you‘ll find a bakery, a supermarket, shops and many restaurants and bars. The apartment is as described and looks just like on the pictures. The kitchen is very new and really will-equipped. We cooked on three nights and missed no kitchen utensils. The free underground parking garage is also an advantage, althought it requires good parking skills because of narrow parking spaces. Both bathrooms look modern and bright. The balcony is a nice place to enjoy the sun almost all day long. The wifi password in the Apartment Guide was wrong, but IPM helped us immediately. The door lock is very tricky, so it can take some time to open the door. Due to the fact that electricity is charged extra, you should consider saving electricity. We stayed for five nights with two people and payed 10€ Extra, although we were gone most of the day. The kitchen and the TV have a really high power consumption. That‘s why we pulled the plug of the tv during the night or our absence, because it was so power-consuming even in Standby.
