CASA BLANCA (PORT D'ALCUDIA) - Charming and cozy house with private pool just a short walk

This beautiful house with a private pool and comfortable terraces is just 550 metres from the beach of Port d'Alcúdia. It sleeps 6 people.
After an entertaining day at the beach, the private chlorine pool measuring 5 x 2.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep will be waiting for you to cool off and relax. In addition, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.

The single-storey house offers a simple, modern and cozy style. Entering through the main door we find the living dining room with AC and TV-sat that is open to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and where we also find the washing machine. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have a single bed, another one has 2 twin beds and the last one has a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower. And we can also provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is very close to one of the most lively areas of Port d'Alcúdia, although at the same time it is on a cul-de-sac with little traffic. You will have all the necessary services for an independent stay nearby such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. And most importantly, the beach of Port d'Alcúdia -one of the best on the island- a few minutes' walk away, where you can practice water sports, stroll along the shore for miles or sit down to have a drink in one of the beach bars. Do not forget to visit Port d'Alcúdia, Alcudia town and its medieval wall, or Port de Pollença.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
