  • Finca Toni is a cozy country house with a large private pool and barbecue area, located in Alcudia, in a quiet area just a few minutes by car from the town and the crystal-clear waters of Alcudia beach, an unbeatable location.



    The beautiful outdoor area offers a large swimming pool of 9.5 x 4.5 m where you can cool off, surrounded by 6 sun loungers with their respective towels for your comfort. Enjoy an outdoor dinner at the dining table on the terrace in good company. For barbecue lovers, there is an outdoor grill on the furnished terrace for 6 people, where they can enjoy the pleasant temperatures of summer nights on the island.



    The house has capacity for 6 people and is distributed over two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a dining room with an indoor table and chairs for 6 people, and a separate TV room. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also a portable fan for another bedroom.



    The property has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the first floor and another with a shower on the ground floor of the house.



    An ideal location surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the town of Alcudia, known for its special walls and entertainment district, where you can find typical restaurants and charming shops.
