The holiday home Alzina is located in the countryside near Alcudia, Mallorca, and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. The 180 m2 finca hs been tastefully furnished, and consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the bedrooms), a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a lush garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes, 2 nice terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee, and a generous pool ideal to cool off on warm summer days. You will find the closest selection of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants in Alcudia (3 minutes driving, 2.9km), while the closest beach, Platja d’Alcudia, can be reached after 5 minutes driving (3.4km).The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after a 38-minute drive (56.7km).

Perfecte locatie, goede voorzieningen

Pros: Goed zwembad, ruime kamers en badkamers en keuken volledig equipped. Daarnaast prima gelegen, we aan drukke weg maar daar is nauwelijks overlast van. Supermarkt en strand om de hoek en een centrale ligging voor uitstapjes naar palma of tremuntana, Deia/Soller. Wij verbleven in het kader van de Iron Man Alcúdia. Daarvoor lag het op een perfecte plek met perfecte voorzieningen. Cons: Het weer viel af en toe tegen en ook toch veel muggen. Uiteraard heeft dit niets te maken met de accommodatie.
