Holiday Villa "Alcanada" close to the Beach with Sea View, Pool & Terrace

The holiday Villa Alcanada is situated close to the northern coast of Majorca in a town of the same name. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. As you enter the villa you will find the private pool and the ground floor of the house. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor table with chairs. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, connected to the terrace and the pool, and the other with 2 single beds. Here you will also find 2 full bathrooms, one of them en-suite. The hallway has air conditioning throughout. Going up the stairs you will find the living / dining room, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen and a terrace with sea view. On the terrace you find an outdoor table with chairs, umbrella and barbecue, an ideal area to spend the afternoon "al fresco". The upper floor has an air-conditioned bedroom and a double bed, this room has a private terrace with stunning views of the sea. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (which can support basic functions such as web browsing and email verification), satellite television and air conditioning. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. The nearest supermarket is located in the centre of Alcanada, which is 5 minutes (350m) walk away. You will also find a decent selection of restaurants nearby. The nearest beach (Playa de Alcanada) is located just a couple of minutes walk from the villa (250m). The nearest airport is located in Palma de Mallorca, which is 45 minutes drive (65km).
