Mirador Alcanada

This lovely villa is located in Alcanada, a few minutes drive to Port Alcudia. The area offers some good restaurants, a golf course, a small beach and rock bathing.

The pool is surrounded by a decked terrace which is furnished with sun loungers, and parasol, exterior soft furnighings and a dining suite next to the built-in barbeque.

The sitting-dining room is impeccably furnished with ample comfortable seating, large TV and sliding doors to the balcony, with a dining table and chairs that has impressive sea views over the bay.

The open plan kitchen is sleak and fully equipped. It has been designed so that the chef shares the sea views with the rest of the guests.

The villa, with 3 bedrooms sleeps 6; the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, with access to the pool area and garden.
The twin bedroom also has acccess to the pool area and garden.
The other twin has views to the terrace. Both twin bedrooms are served by a huge bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. There is also a cloackroom.

On a lower floor there is a games room with snooker table, dart board and comfy seating for a quiet read.
