Located in the center frontline of Alcudia beach. We offer you A NICE Apartment of 130 M2. the view is exclusive and directly on the beach. First floor apartment .It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds, and the last one with a single bed, two full bathrooms (one in the suite), living room with TV sat . A kitchen fully equipped: vitroceramic, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dichwasher.
The apartment has 2 air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom .There is a communal garage. The perfect Apartment for a family self-catering holiday.
the swimming pool available to use is in another apartments , situated at 300m from the apartments.

Lovely Stay on the beach

Great location right in port alcudia beach. Apartment nice and spacious and all necessary amenities with lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Nice to have off street parking for rental car. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Beach Holiday

This is our second time staying in this apartment. It is very spacious and conveniently located right on the beach and close to all amenities. It also include a parking space under the building which is very nice if you have a rental car since it can be challenging to find on street parking at the busy times of the day. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

Tolle Aussicht

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Nicht modern aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Die BÀder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist aber wirklich top. Direkt am Strand in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Terasse bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht mit spektakulÀren SonnenaufgÀngen.

Fantastiskt lÀge precis vid stranden gjorde vÄr vistelse magisk. Rymlig lÀgenhet med mÄnga dörrar och fönster sÄ det var bra ventilation. Garageplats till hyrbilen var ett plus. VÀrden missade tiden vid incheckningen men rÀddade upp det vÀldigt bra sÄ vi behövde knappt vÀnta. Han var mycket vÀnlig och svarade snabbt pÄ vÄra frÄgor inför vistelsen. Sol pÄ balkongen pÄ morgonen och sedan skön och vÀlbehövlig skugga vid lunch och framÄt. Vacker utsikt och nÀra till butiker och restauranger. Mkt fin strand som hölls ren. LÀgenheten kÀndes frÀsch Àven om de vita strumporna snabbt blev smutsiga. Dock stark lukt av rengöringsmedel som var lite stickande i början. Fanns endast en aircondition, inte tvÄ som det stod. Dessutom var det slut pÄ batterier i kontrollen i den som fanns. Helt ok utrustning i köket, saknade rivjÀrn. Tv:n förstod vi oss aldrig pÄ. Diskmaskinen var utbytt sedan tidigare recensioner om att den var i dÄligt skick. Badrum och kök i gammal standard men kÀndes ÀndÄ frÀscha och ÀndamÄlsenliga. Rekommenderar denna lÀgenhet varmt om man gillar strand- och balkonghÀng!

Propriedade agradåvel. Corresponde com todas as expectativas. Pé na areia. Nosso anfitrião Miquel. Muito gentil nos recebeu as 02:00 da manhã E foi muito simpåtico e amåvel. Na propriedade havia algums. Mimos como ågua cervejas e vinhos. Na saída ainda pudemos ficar um pouco mais tranquilos com o horårio. Parabéns a equipe toda envolvida. Muito profissionais. Sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist wie erwartet, nicht die modernste, aber dennoch sehr schön. Hat alles was man braucht und die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine einzige Klimaanlage ist etwas zu wenig fĂŒr die ganze Wohnung, aber wir konnten die Luft gut mit den Ventilator verteilen. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, mit super schönem Strand direkt vor der TĂŒr und tollen Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay in an amazing condo and neighbourhood!

This is a spacious, bright, and very comfortable condo with a stunning sea view from a large deck! The condo easily accommodated our party of five and was well stocked with anything a family might need for a self-catering holiday. The building was quiet and peaceful. The location is absolutely amazing - steps away from a huge sandy beach, yet also walking distances to local shops and restaurants. Also, the location provides for quick access to fantastic cycling routes. Communication with Miguel was prompt and reliable. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect for 5 middle aged women on their jollies !

Perfect accommodation for the five of us . We holiday every year together. The location is absolutely perfect. Directly onto the beach and quiet at night. We went to all restaurants that were suggested and they were fabulous! Definitely would return to this property !

Perfect Location; Perfect Place

Beautiful views from the front deck and great proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities. Miguel was super helpful and the property was clean and well stocked. This particular portion of beach was especially nice. We hope to be back.

Super schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Sauber und gepflegt. Trotz vielen positiven Seiten gibt es auch einige MĂ€ngel. 1 Klimaanlage im Gang fĂŒr die vielen Zimmer ist viel zu wenig! Keine Beschattung der Terrasse möglich, im Sommer FrĂŒhstĂŒcken draussen geht nicht. Keine Liegen, keine StrandtĂŒcher. Schade!

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht op top locatie.

Wij hebben hier een fantastische week doorgebracht! Mooi ruim appartement met groot balkon en een prachtig uitzicht. De locatie was voor ons echt ideaal, direct aan het strand en op loopafstand van de haven van Alcudia. Prima geholpen door de verhuurder. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Very nice and simple apartment with excellent view of the beach and bay. Fantastic balcony, very nice rooms, bathrooms a bit worn but still ok. Nice kitchen with simple equipment. Good basement garage keeps your car safe an cool. Highly recommendable. Friendly, flexible and helpful owner.

trotz Corona ein fantastischer Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und sind wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Alcudia und dem herrlichen Meer. Wir waren zu viert (meine Frau, unsere beiden kleinen Töchter und ich) und haben alle den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Diesmal war es Coronabedingt sehr leer am Strand und in der Umgebung, aber wir haben einfach das stille Mallorca genossen. Da wir uns mit unseren beiden kleinen MĂ€dels (3 1/2 Jahre und 10 Monate alt) eh selbst versorgt haben, war es fĂŒr uns nur wichtig das die SupermĂ€rkte geöffnet waren. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern mit Katy & Miquel war wieder perfekt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen :-)

Une localisation fantastique !

Appartement spacieux, trĂšs propre et extrĂȘmement bien placĂ© avec une vue magnifique quasiment les pieds dans le sable. Tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait, la localisation est top car un peu Ă  l’écart du port et de son agitation tout en Ă©tant proche de tout Ă  pied. Le quartier est rĂ©sidentiel et calme la nuit. Le parking en sous-sol est apprĂ©ciable. Miquel a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible et facilement joignable. Nous adorons Alcudia et ses environs et reviendrons dans l’appartement de Miquel c’est certain.

Nette Wohnung in Top Lage in Alcudia! Nur den versprochenen Pool gab es nicht.

Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern, hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, welche nur wenige Meter vom Strand in Alcudia entfernt liegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist insgesamt gut. Auch die Betten waren ok. Sehr praktisch ist die Garage unterm Haus. Man kann direkt mit Fernbedienung hineinfahren und nach oben in die Wohnung gehen ohne nass zu werden, was im Oktober sehr praktisch ist. Die Sonnenterrasse ist sehr schön, und man hat bis ca. 14 Uhr Sonne. Die BĂ€der sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und richen auch nicht mehr ganz so angenehm. Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung so wie erwartet bis auf die Tatsache, dass der im Inserat angepriesene beheizte Pool nicht existiert. Ehrlich gesagt, haben wir so diese Wohnung bei GewO Direkt gefunden, weil es nur eins von ca. 5 auf ganz Mallorca mit beheiztem oder Indoor Pool war. Wir haben erst kurz vorher gebucht und die Wettervorhersage war gemischt, deshalb bot sich ein Indoor oder beheizter Außenpool an. Der vorhandene Pool im nahegelegenen Hotel Sunwing, der mit benutzt werden kann ist aber weder beheizt noch innen. Die Benutzung war also bei Regen nicht möglich, so wie wir uns das gedacht hatten. ZusĂ€tzlich war das Hotel komplett geschlossen, weil zu wenig GĂ€ste durch die Thomas Cook Pleite da waren. Man sagte uns zwar, dass man ein anderes bestimmt einfach so benutzen konnte, aber auch das hatte Werder indoor noch beheizten Pool. Auch die im Inserat angepriesene Sauna war nicht zu finden. Eine EntschĂ€digung wurde nicht angeboten. Fewo Direkt wollten wir wegen der Sache nicht kontaktieren, denn die Wohnung an sich war so wie geschildert.

Perfekter Urlaub direkt am Strand

Wir (meine Frau, unsere 2-jĂ€hrige Tochter und ich) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub direkt am Strand verbracht. Das Apartment eignet sich perfekt fĂŒr Leute die direkt am Strand sein möchten. Einfach aus der HaustĂŒr gehen und eine Minute spĂ€ter am Meer liegen, traumhaft. Auch die Aussicht vom Apartment bzw. vom Balkon ist herrlich! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, auch vor Ort war der Vermieter immer fĂŒr einen da. Vielen Dank nochmal dafĂŒr! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. In der Umgebung gibt es fußlĂ€ufig kleine SupermĂ€rkte und tolle Restaurants (klare Empfehlung fĂŒr das Indian Fusion und das sŽÁmfora). FĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere EinkĂ€ufe oder AusflĂŒge sind wir mit dem Mietwagen (nicht dringend erforderlich) losgefahren. Ein toller Urlaub :-)
