Great spacious clean villa

Just returned from 10 days at villa menorca. Villa is spacious and very clean. Contact with Francisco was really good he responded quickly! You can Walk to old town Alcúdia which is about 15mins or just 5mins in taxi (€7-€10) there are Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Alcúdia beach is about 15mins in taxi however there is a small waterfront by villa just go left out villa about 3/4 mins walk across main road (no loungers) but it’s a nice breeze and walk along sea & watch water sports. Would recommend a car but still doable as taxis are really cheap! Port pollensa about 15mins in taxi. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again 😎

Zocken, Strand und Berge

Das Haus hat bei der Ausstattung in der Kombination von Pool, Dart, Flipper, Kicker und Tischtennis wirklich was einzigartiges. Raumaufteilung super, auch die vielen Badezimmer. Alles recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Direkte Umgebung eher mau, Auto ist erforderlich. Auch abends etwas zu unternehmen. Aber die Traumstrände von Alcudia und Pollenca sind nicht weit. In den Bergen ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck. Sehr sehenswert!

Villa nueva y muy completa

La casa estaba impecable. Muy bien equipada. Éramos 7 personas y no echamos en falta nada. Nueva y muy limpia. Tenía de todo. Nos sorprendió que los baños tuviesen hasta secador con difusor en todos ellos. Habitaciones amplias y grandes armarios con un montón de perchas (algo que la mayoría de las casas carece). Los baños muy amplios. Bien ubicada para disfrutar tanto de Alcudia como de Pollensa así como de sus puertos. Francisco vino a recibirnos y nos indicó todo muy bien. La verdad que estuvimos muy a gusto.

Une maison bien située et bien équipée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa de Francisco qui a été très réactif quand on a eu besoin de lui. La maison est très bien située à proximité de la vieille ville d'Alcudia et d'une plage idéale pour le wake-board. Seul petit hic, la présence de nombreux moustiques dûe sans doute à la proximité de marais en face de la maison.

Tolles Haus am Meer

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Baby eine wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus, 100 m vom Meer entfernt, verbracht. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für das Baby wurde extra ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett bereitgestellt. Francisco, unser Vermieter, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns auch über whatsapp hilfreiche Tipps und Hilfe zukommen lassen Zu erwähnen ist das tolle Freizeitequipment. Billard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball ein Flipperapparat, Dart und zuletzt 2 Standup-Paddelboards welche im 100 m entfernten Meer leider viel zu spät erprobt wurden. Ein mega Spaßfaktor. Vielen Dank Francisco auch für tollen Empfang und Hilfe bei der Ankunft.
