Villa Sunset is a large property which looks like an Oasis. The huge garden has plenty of glamour and luxury with palm trees, fruit trees, plants, flowers (there is even a rose garden) is simply impressive. The large swimming pool of 10 x 12 meters, plus a baby Pool, with many sunbeds, outdoor table and chairs make you feel like you are in the heaven. If that is not enough, you have the private Tennis Paddel Court with Mini Basketball equipment and you also have table tennis (ping pong) at your disposal. All this, in a natural setting that promises absolute tranquillity, in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, plenty of sun all along the day, from sunrise to sunset.
Villa Sunset
The main house is a big building looking towards the mountains and sunsets. It's a house of more than 200 square meters shared between two floors. On the first floor you can find 2 double bedrooms , a complete bathroom, air-conditioning, and a kitchen where you will find another family bathroom, close a Hall with oversize sofas and a Flat TV with Satellite and WIFI LAN. On the first floor there are three bedrooms ( one double and two twins), a complete bathroom and a huge Terrace with lovely views.

There is a second building at this villa, where there is an amazing dining room full of light and a place with a professional kitchen absolutely fully-equipped with high-spec appliances and TV with a big BBQ just outdoor. It is a dream for people who love to cook. Next to the kitchen there is a full bathroom with shower.

Villa Sunset is more than 9000 square meters in the quite area of Son Fe, only a short drive away from the historical Centre of Alcudia, the famous villa of Pollença and the beaches of the Port d´Alcudia. A perfect place to explore the North of the island that offers, apart from sandy beaches and the sea, a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, ... all year round.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Quiet, bright, comfortable, spacious holiday villa with a fabulous terrace and garden area. Very family friendlyour children really loved it too (especially the pool!). Very private location as well, but not far to drive from either AlcudiaPollensa and many activities in the area.

A spacious and well equipped villa, with the best pool out of all the villas we have rented - large and clean. Added bonus of the paddle court, which was well used by all of us in the early evenings. Comms with the property manager - Peter - were efficient, friendly and helpful. Gardens are very pretty, plenty of shade and quiet corners for a snooze!

Villa Sunset was an excellent holiday choice for our extended family whose ages ranged from 72 years to 9 months. The living accommodation was spacious and the external kitchen meant early risers did not disturb those wishing a lie-in. The large pool was superb with its separate toddler area. The large gardens were well maintained providing plenty of shade. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The villa and grounds are great, well suited for family stays and very quiet and secluded. Juan was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Location is just outside of alcudia about 5 mins to port and old town area. The property has a separate kitchen dining area which is good when renting as groups for people waking up at different times etc. Pool area is lovely as are the garden areas. The owner picked fresh cherries for us a couple of days which were very nice. Overall I would recommend the property, having stayed in a few villas around this area I would say this was the best so far.

Everything was exceptional - the villa, the garden, the pool and sunset from the balcony. Villa also had the court where you can play basketball and tennis. You can have the meals by the pool or in the kitchen at the 2nd house. The host was very friendly and helpful, also left a wine and other snacks as a compliment on our arrival. If on your holiday you want to rest from the crowd or combine work with leisure I recommend this place. We were 10 people and everyone was happy with the staying, definitely worth the cost.

There were two families (8 in total), kids ranging from 3-10 and stayed for a week in August. We found the villa clean and tidy and very spacious. It is layed out so you can have one family on each floor and you feel separated enough while still being together. The pool and pool area is amazing, you will not find such a big pool and spacious gardens. They are immaculately kept and you feel like you are in the middle of no where whilst only being a 5 minute drive from the town and beach. Juan looked after us and he made it such a easy and pleasurable experience. He was so welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble, he made it for us as you felt so at ease and had the peace of mind that if you had a problem (we had a few minor ones which he fixed within 1/2 hour!!!!) he would be on the case and would sort it. We can’t wait to go again and could not rate this Villa and the company high enough. A few points, you definitely need a car, the local Lidal is perfectly good for simple food, the BBQ area is spot on so use it! The owner who comes around every morning is really friendly and welcoming, the gated area is great as you feel very safe. We got taxis in each time for meals and they are good value and saves parking and you can have a drink!! Thank you to all involved especially Juan, he is a legend!!! Chris

Villa Sunset ist malloquinish eingerichtet und entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, inkl. Spielzeug für den Strand, das unser Junior (4 Jahre) ausgiebig genutzt hat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig etwas abseits, mit dem Mietwagen sind die sehr schönen kinderfreundlichen Strände von Playa de Muro (15 Min) und bis El Mal pas (15 Min) schnell erreicht. Alles in allem hatten wir zwei tolle Wochen in Villa Son Fum und kommen gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung!

Mit zwei Mietautos, sie sind nötig infolge der Lage der Villa, haben wir, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (10-13 Jahre) eine unvergessliche Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Villa war sehr gut vorbereitet und mit viel Frottierwäsche ausgestattet. Die Über- und Abgabe erfolgt professionell und mit Whats-up waren wir immer in Kontakt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und mit zwei grossen Kühlschränken konnte auch ein Mehrtageseinkauf gekühlt werden. Ein sehr gutes Wlan deckte auch diese Bedürfnisse ab. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren klar das Highlight der Villa. Dazu ein super Aussengrill den wir oft benutzten. Es gibt viel Platz im Aussenbereich und mit der allseitig geschlossenen Anlage fühlten wir uns sicher und ungestört. Ein zwei grosse Schüsseln in der Küche zum Anrichten wären von Vorteil.

My partner and I spent a week at Villa Sunset and enjoyed every minute. The outdoor area is huge and very well kept. The interior is rustic but kept clean and tidy. The location is great for visiting Alcudia and Port de Pollensa, and we were able to get taxis to both places quite easily. Big thanks to Peter and others at the rental company who gave a 5 star service.

Sunset villa had everything we needed for an extended family celebration. The large pool is the centrepiece of the property and provided hours of fun, day and night, for all three generations of the family. The surrounding garden is lovely and provides a tranquil setting with plenty of shade. The padel tennis court was a bonus but it was too hot to play until the sun dropped. The villa was well equipped, nothing fancy, and ideal for a multi-generational family. Some earlier reviews mentioned a inadequate fridge space - this is no longer a problem as there are now two large fridge/freezers. We enjoyed most of our meals around the pool or at the stone table and benches in the courtyarded. The villa is in a quiet rural location but not far from the beaches or restaurants & bars in Alcudia and Pollenca. The villa is managed by Mallorca Holiday Properties who were very swift in providing all the information we needed and responding to any queries - especially Pere Viver. Tolle Anlage, wunderschöner Poolbereich. Padel-Platz ebenfalls sehr schön mit sämtlicher Ausrüstung vor Ort. Das extra Küchenhaus ist super ausgestattet und bietet mehr als genügend Platz auch für große Gruppen. Wir hatten an einem Tag Pech, es hatte extrem geregnet und an 2-3 Stellen hat es im Haus etwas reingetropft, was aber kein großes Problem war. Alles in Allem war es eine wunderschöne Woche und die Kommunikation und Tipps von Joan waren super!

Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub mit 10 Jungs. Groß genug alles sauber und genug unternehmungsmöglichkeiten auf der Finca und in der Umgebung. Die Austattung der Finca ist auch groß, es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt. Ein großer Minuspunkt: Die letzten 3 Tage waren ab Nachmittags bis tief in die Nacht aufgrund von Mücken nicht auszuhalten. Somit fanden die letzten Tage / Abende außerorts oder drinnen statt.

We were very well received at the location. everything was clearly explained and was well cleaned. The garden is super nicely kept and the pool was nice and big. Also at the sports field there were good things we could use. We have had a top week! What we found unfortunate was that there was only 1 refrigerator. for a large group of people this is just too little to keep everything in the refrigerator. In addition, there was a lot of chlorine in the pool. For the rest everything was really super well organized.

Desde el momento en que entramos a la finca, nos quedamos alucinados con esta. La piscina es enorme y los espacios estan cuidados al detalle. Ideal para ir en familia, ya que la zona de piscina dispone de un vallado que aporta tranquilidad a los padres para que no se puedan acercar los niños sin vigilancia. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas y almohadas muy comodas. Dispone de un espacio anexo que hace de cocina y lugar para comer/reunión ideal para mantener la casa donde se duerme limpia y en orden. Tanto Joan, que nos recibió, como el propietario de la casa, fueron muy amables y totalmente disponibles para cualquier imprevisto. Volvemos a casa encantados.

Med en stor pool och paddeltennisbana behöver man aldrig ha tråkigt. Mängder av fina vandringar inom en 30-minuters radie. Cyklar levereras smidigt till huset och båttur arrangerades lätt. Köket är stort och välutrustat med en rymlig matplats. Det enda vi saknade var en bra matplats utomhus.

Wir waren Anfang Juni auf der Finca.Erstklassiges Grundstück mit riesigem Pool.Alles sehr sauber,netter Eigentümer,dem auch das Restaurant Victoria gehört. Sehr zentrale Lage und gute Einführung in die Finca durch Joan von Holiday Properties.Allein der Kühlschrank könnte etwas größer sein.Kann ich nur empfehlen. LG Christian Ein 2.Kühlschrank wäre gut

sehr schön angelegte Anlage in ruhiger Lage!! Der Pool und die ausgegliederte Küche sind gigantisch!! Ein Tenniscourt incl. Schläger/Bälle etc..Top!! das Inventar/Küchengeräte sind schon ein paar Tage alt, das ein oder andere Teil (nicht defekt) könnte erneuert werden. im Bad im Obergeschoß war der Wasserfluß der Dusche verbesserungsbedürftig

Our hosts were both extremely approachable, informative and friendly. Any questions before and after arrival were answered quickly and helpfully. We arrived later at night than expected and our host was able to be flexible around this. There was even a large welcome pack which would have been sufficient for a snack and drink that evening and a light breakfast the following morning. The villa was a little tricky to find in the dark as the entrance is a small lane off of the main road. The setting was quiet and idyllic. You could have stayed in the villa without venturing out if you wished. The pool was simply amazing, the biggest we have ever had in a villa stay and kept immaculately clean. There were ample sun loungers, tables and parasols around the pool to relax. There was even a paddle tennis court with basketball hoops, racquets, basketball and inflatables all available for use. The villa was within its own large private garden which was regularly tended by the owner every morning. Everything was well maintained and everything we needed was available. There was a large bbq area capable of preparing vast quantities of food. The main kitchen which is in a separate building off the villa has everything you need to prepare big family meals. We were slightly hindered by there being only one fridge freezer as it was so hot and we wanted to keep our drinks cool too. There was air conditioning in this room which struggled to keep up with the glorious temperature! The main villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was comfortable, clean and well equipped. There was air conditioning in each bedroom which worked pretty well. The air conditioning in the living areas struggled due to the open plan nature. There is a piano in the villa however it was unplayable being so far out of tune which was a shame. There is a large terrace area which is shaded in the mornings and provided a beautiful vista while catching the sunset. The villa has a first aid kit which thankfully we didn’t need. Please ensure you are an animal lover as there will be many evening cat visits and two beautiful horses living next door. The villa is a ten minute drive to Alcúdia and fifteen to Pollença with supermarkets, restaurants and beaches very accessible. Unfortunately nothing is within waking distance. This is offset by the quiet surroundings. An amazing stay, thank you to our lovely hosts!

Every thing in good working order, facilities excellent with good size pool & paddling pool, with small tennis court & basketball nets, separate kitchen dinner facilities with shower, balcony etc. very friendly owner & helpful property manager, great for up to 10 people. Near to beaches restaurants markets, shops & Alcudia/pollenca. You will need a rental car. I will be returning as soon as able..
