Villa Bonaire Roure

Bonaire Roure is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area just outside the town center of Alcudia, in Bonaire, near the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Bonaire Roure has its own garden with swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a very nice upper terrace fully equipped to enjoy the sun with family or friends.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.

Distribution:
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an upper terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area and a private pool with sun loungers.

Comfort and Services:
Internet, satellite TV, CD player, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue, hair dryer, cot and high chair for baby. Fully equipped property with bed linen and towels.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Fantastic holiday experience

We enjoyed so much staying at this villa because of the quiet location on the area of Bonaire, but at the same time less than a 5-minute drive to the old town. It is obvious that the owner of the property has a good taste and takes care of the place, plus everything was very clean. Special thanks to the Mallorca Holiday Properties team that made our vacation even better. We will book the place for sure on our next trip to Mallorca.

Very nice stay

This villa was perfect for me and my 5 friends. We had a great time. It was overall nice beds, bathrooms and kitchen. I would recommend. Very friendly people and they will help with anything. The only issue we had was some water leaking from one of the bathrooms, but it got fixed the morning after. Very nice service.

Belle villa

Villa avec de belles prestations et bien située. Quelques petits travaux de plomberie seraient bienvenus (fuite du robinet de cuisine et de la douche à l'étage). La piscine n'étant ni chauffée, ni couverte, il est difficile de l'utiliser en demi-saison. Notre séjour a été quand même très agréable et Jose Luis a été très accueillant.

Wundervolle Tage in Bonaire

Die Villa Bonaire bietet alles, angefangen bei den Bädern zu den Schlafzimmern, dem großzügigen Wohnbereich und der schönen Außenanlage. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, wie auch die Badebuchten von Bonaire. Der Sonnenschutz um das Haus kann noch erweitert werden. Aber alles andere lädt zu einem erholsamen und aktiven Urlaub ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staying at this property felt like home. The furnishing and decoration is nice and the house was presented very clean. My children enjoyed the nice pool and garden outdoors. Wishing to be back.
