Villa Can Gosp / Sa Caseta d'en Mateu

Can Gosp is a traditional Mallorcan finca with stunning views of the mountains in one of the best areas of Alcudia, accommodating up to 5 people. It has beautiful gardens and private salt pool. Next to the pool we find an area with BBQ and a large table, perfect for families. Beautiful holiday home in Mallorca with pool The romantic private cottage completely private. Here you can feel the absolute tranquility. On the beach of Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa about 5 km away, you will find miles of white sandy beaches as well as supermarkets, activities for children, restaurants and other shops.

Distribution:
The villa offers 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining area and a living room with TV. The house is equipped with internet WIFI.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second has 2 single beds and a new and very comfortable sofa bed.
Outside we find a wonderful pool of 10x5 meters surrounded by a railing, perfect for the safety of children. Next to the pool is the porch equipped with garden furniture, a perfect area to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue.
The pool is surrounded by a solarium and has sun loungers and to relax.
Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

The Villa was beautiful,quiet and clean. The views was great and we had a good time to sit on the veranda and enjoy the big pool . All u need for the daily use is there. And if you have questions, you will get an answer super quick. All in all a really nice Villa. We can recommend it!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sehr gerĂ€umig und wunderschön. Wunderschöner Bauernhof nur 5 Minuten von Alcudia entfernt, mit Salz und eingezĂ€untem Pool, ideal fĂŒr Kinder.Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war herzlich und unkompliziert. Alles notwendige fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub war vorhanden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöne typische Finca voller Charme in einem sehr ruhigen Ort und einem unglaublichen Salzpool. Komfortable Dekoration, sehr sauber, Außengrill. Sie erreichen die KĂŒste, StrĂ€nde und KĂŒstenorte in jeweils 5 Minuten in jede Richtung. Sehr gute Infrastruktur in der NĂ€he. Der Kontakt ist sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Die Finca an sich ist echt schön und toll gelegen, die Ausstattung ist echt super gewesen und der Pool war echt riesig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils ĂŒber WhatsApp und wir haben immer direkt eine Antwort bekommen. Die Fliegengitter in den Fenstern machen es möglich die Fenster auch in der Nacht offen zu lassen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die LautstĂ€rke. Zwar liegt die Finca wirklich abgelegen und es gibt nicht wirklich Nachbarn, jedoch liegt die Finca in mitten von Feldern auf denen Schafe sind, die wirklich extrem laut waren. Auch mehrere Hunde und HĂ€hne waren teilweise so laut, dass sie im Schlaf gestört haben. Ohropax sollten daher auf jeden Fall eingepackt werden. Besonders toll waren auch die vielen HandtĂŒcher und dass auch Shampoo und Duschgel bereitgestellt wurde. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und eine schöne und saubere Finca.

GrundsĂ€tzlich nicht verkehrt mit ein paar Makel. Die Kommunikation mti der Agentur und auch die Übergabe und Hilfsbereitschaft können wir nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Dinge zu beachten, wenn man mit Freunden verreist. Das 2. Badezimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss und so mussten wir immer die doch steile Treppe herunter. Das war nicht so bequem. Leider gibt es nicht viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern, daher war ein Unterbringen der Kleidung nicht ausreichend gegeben. Die Matratzen waren gut aber geneerell schien das Mobiliar etwas zusammengestĂŒckelt und teilweise veraltet. Die doch schönen antiken SchrĂ€nke sind fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt leider nicht geeignet. Klimaanlage war nötig und hat bestens funktioniert. Der Pool ist toll und wirklich ein Highlight des Hauses. Die Umgebung war allerdings sehr karg. Wenig grĂŒn und neben einem Acker. Nichts desto trotz und da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir einen tollen Urlaub genossen. Allerdings waren wir fĂŒr diese Preiskategorie schon besser untergebracht.

La maison est trĂšs au calme ce que nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© avec une belle piscine. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. La campagne Ă  10 min d’Alcudia. Les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires sont prĂ©sents. Certains mĂ©riteraient un rafraĂźchissement. La maison est trĂšs rustique. Ameublement disparate. L’escalier trĂšs trĂšs raide n’est pas conseiller pour de jeunes enfants. Joan de l’agence immobiliĂšre est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs rĂ©actif.

Ca‘n Gosp hat viel Platz, drinnen und draußen. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt fĂŒr schöne AusflĂŒge ins Gebirge, aber auch zum Strand und zu den hĂŒbschen StĂ€dtchen rundherum. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt von allem reichlich. Joan hat sich super um uns gekĂŒmmert und wir konnten ihn jederzeit erreichen. Als wir VorschlĂ€ge gemacht haben von Sachen, die man in der Villa noch gebrauchen konnte, hat er die am gleichen Tag vorbei gebracht. Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank, Joan! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Organisation war gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen war sehr einfach. Joan von der Firma war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich vor und wÀhrend unseres Aufenthalts. Die Villa und der Pool, der wirklich der beste Teil des Hauses ist, waren schön und sauber. Wenn Sie in diesem Haus wohnen, sollten Sie ein Auto haben, da es auf dem Land ist. Die Gegend um das Haus ist ruhig und lÀndlich. Alles war wie auf den Bildern. Wir können uns nicht beschweren, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

We had a great holiday in the villa. It was quiet and secluded which is what we are looking for on our holiday. The villa had everything that we could have needed. The pool was super. Unfortunately after a few days we had a huge storm. After a day or so, the water became cloudy and not very inviting. I contacted the agent and the owner was there within 30 mins. She was very apologetic. Something had to be added and was back to normal an a couple of days. Great response. One thing that i must point out was the access to upstairs. In my opinion the staircase was not very safe for young people or someone less moblie. Especially at night. This was not clear on the website. All in all, 8 out of 10

I've just returned from a week at this villa. Very peaceful location within easy reach of Alcudia, Pollensa and some wonderful beaches. You do need a car to get around but the owners can recommend a hire company (better than any of the bigger well-known hire companies!) The saltwater pool is amazing - my children loved it. The house is really well equipped and comfortable with efficient air conditioning, dishwasher, good wifi... everything you need. Everyone I came across was extremely friendly and helpful - a bonus when travelling alone with three children. I'd love to return next year!

Dorflich gelegene gut modernisierte Finca, schöner Pool, nette Vermieterin. Auto erforderlich. Treppe nach oben etwas steil , fĂŒr Kinder und Ă€ltere . Negativ ist der sicht- und hörbare Zwingerhund im NachbarcrundstĂŒck, auf der auch zu mietenden Finca, der nur 1mal tĂ€glich vom Besitzer versorgt und kurz (teilweise nur 10 Minuten) freigelassen wird und daher auch entsprechend bellt. FĂŒr uns da wir tierlieb sind eine traurige Situation, die unseren Erholungswert stark beeintrĂ€chtigt hat.

S mojou rodinou a rodicmi sme sa rozhodli, ist na spolocnu dovolenku zvolili sme Mallorcu tuto Vilu. Na zaciatku sme mali obavy nakolko sme nemali skusenosti s dovolenkovym najmom. Prekvapilo nas velmi spolupracia s Mallorca Holiday Properties. Maju uzastny tym ktory nam bol napomoci z akoukolvek poziadavkou. Vila ma je obklopena horami v krasnej tichej oblasti s bazenom ktory sme pouzivali iba my. Bazen ma barieru cize je adaptovany aj pre male deti aby ste ich nemuseli mat stale pod kontrolou. Cisty, plne zariadeny funkcny dom. Naozaj sme milo prekvapeni a uz teraz vieme s manzelkou, ze sa opat vratime buduci rok v July. Odporucame 100% !!! S pozdravom Roman

We spent a week in this really nice house. The house was very comfortable. Large pool and perfect location. We enjoyed cycling, we walked a lot and ate amazingly not only at home thanks to the BBQ but also in the nearby restaurants. And the Sun!!! We will be back next year. We are willing to do it again.
