I welcome you to our splendid holiday residence in Alcudia, a true coastal Eden on the beautiful island of Mallorca! This spacious location offers all the essential elements for unforgettable holidays, including two moorings, in case you have a boat.



House Description: Our holiday residence is a spacious dwelling bathed in natural light, comprising six rooms: one individual room with an en-suite bathroom and five double rooms, all equipped with single beds and individualised air conditioning systems, which makes it the perfect refuge for large groups or families seeking to enjoy time together without sacrificing their personal space.

The property's garden, located facing the sea, stands as an oasis of serenity and placidity, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying outdoor meals. The wide terraces offer spectacular ocean panoramas, providing the perfect place to savour a glass of wine at sunset or simply relax to the murmur of the waves.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals in the company of family or friends. In case of preferring the culinary experience in restaurants, the residence is located a short distance from some of the most outstanding restaurants in the area.

The spacious dining room, adorned with a cosy decoration, offers an ideal space for socialising, equipped with air conditioning system. The large windows allow natural light to flood the room and offer sea views. Additionally, the residence has an extra interior terrace. Imagine waking up in the morning and taking a walk on the beach before breakfast, or enjoying a bath at sunset.

Location: Our holiday residence enjoys a strategic location that will allow you to explore the natural beauty of Mallorca. Alcudia is known for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, which are located a short distance from the house. Moreover, you will be a brief journey from the historic centre of Alcudia, with its picturesque cobblestone streets, shops and first-class restaurants.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
