"Hotel is beautifully situated. Great view from our room! Staff are very attentive and helpful. Restaurant à la carte meals were excellent and one evening buffet was fairly good as well. Breakfasts were great. One wish is that there would have been a 24 hour lobby coffee bar to get early morning coffee (or a machine in the room). Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating, but only available after 8am when the restaurant opened."

"This was a great choice for a stop-over on our travels from the ferry in Santander to our destination, near Obidos in Western Portugal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our stay, as well as being dog-friendly. The park opposite provided a convenient dog walking area. The evening set meal was served in the bar area, rather than the restaurant, which was fine. The food was good, and excellent value, and the house wine was delightful. In all, this was a perfect choice and we shall use this hotel on our return journeys."

"Just left from an amazing stay as Casa Penhas. An absolute treasure away from the city with majestic views of the mountains. We went on a guided hike, used their heated indoor pool and had a couple massage - all extremely well done and with the utmost customer service. Food was also delicious and plenty. They served an abundant buffet breakfast, snacks after our hike, and a top-notch dinner. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation with amazing views, this hotel is for you."

"Staff were excellent at the front desk, gave us a welcome drink and a full tour of the facilites. Restaurant staff could use some training and a better process for servicing the tables. Hotel is clean, quiet and secure. Pool area with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice."

"Solo puedo recomendar esta casa en el interior de Portugal, si quieres pasar unos días para desconectar, relajarte, descansar y también descubrir Portugal. Nos costo un poquito encontrar la casa, pero puede que fuera por culpa del navegador, ya que el Google Maps, lo localiza enseguida. Esta todo muy limpio, y ordenado, y el anfitrión es un encanto, pendiente si necesitas algo, y trabajando para mantener la zona en un muy buen estado. Solo lo puedo recomendar esta casa. Hay Wifi, no funciona super excelente, pero si que va bien, para ser una zona apartada (el supermercado mas cercano se encuentra mas o menos a unos 15 minutos). Dispone de una amplia zona de aparcamiento, lavadora, zona de barbacoa, zona de piscina con sus hamacas, y mucha zona para pasear también por la naturaleza. Si vas con niños pequeños, creo que lo van a disfrutar mucho. O en pareja para relajarse unos días, también es un acierto."

"Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were excellent. Being a Tesla Supercharger location helped a lot in booking this reservation. Also breakfast was quite good with local quality products."
