"Lovely one acre property with sport court. However, we reserved for nine people it only had dining room chairs for 6, so the maintenance person had to purchase 3 card table chairs. The walls were moldy due to leaks. Had gas leaks from the stove, instant hot water heater and the furnace , With most of the windows open with cold air coming in (to keep from gas poisoning) we could at least keep the furnace on. Since the gas man shut down the hot water heater that was leaking burnt gas and carbon...

"The house was clean and as-listed by the owner. One of the four toilets was broken when we arrived and took most of our 4 night stay to get fixed. With a group of 20, having the basement toilet out of commission was pretty frustrating, but the owner did his best to get it fixed in a timely manner, so honestly I would still give 5 stars for that. I am giving 4 stars overall because the kitchen was not at all set up for a large group. There was a maybe 6qt pot as the largest pot in the house....
