"We were upgraded on arrival to a balcony room. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view from the balcony. Staff were great, bar was nice and opens late. Spa facilities were a real bonus. Would definitely recommend."

Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "
