Service, breakfast , spa and hotel are great. We just initially ended up with a bad room, that hadn’t been done up and was very dated and shabby. Reception moved us to a better room on 2nd day.

The room/apartment was basically a bedsit in a HMO in an unsafe, dangerous area of the city. Immediately above a dodgy takeaway.
