"Pros: The apartment is very nice and well equiped, with a lot of wooden elements which give it a cosy atmopshere. The location is beautiful and very quiet. You are really surrounded by nature. Christine is a lovely host and always willing to help with any requests or advice on what to do in the area. Perfect place to stay if you like to hike in the mountains. Cons: Internet connection is somewhat slow given that you are in the mountains."

"The booking platform canceled the booking, then took the booking, took the money and sent me an email it was canceled. The day before the booking, I received an email saying that I had a reservation there. I called the host and the platform and they both said it wasn’t their fault and took the entire booking amount even though it was the platform that canceled the booking with me while keeping the booking at the apartment. Horrible, horrible customer service. I never canceled… they canceled and...
