"We stayed here for 5 days and we loved it. The balcony has a great view and was one of the best things the property has. Everything was clean and working fine. The host Roxana was super nice and easy to contact. There is also security at the entrance of the residencial which definitely makes you feel safe.. I will definitely stay here again. "

"The townhome is in a safe, quiet and secured gated community. It was spacious and very clean with modern appliances like washer, dryer and dish washer. We especially appreciated the hot water for shower. That was a rare find in El Salvador. Kitchen had all the essential for cooking. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV, but it was no big deal since we didn’t use that bedroom. Playground was right across from the townhome. Community pool was nice and clean within walking distance. 2 parking spaces right outside the door and very convenient if you had grocery to bring in. There was a minor issue with living room AC dripping water and water pooling on floor. We contacted Danny and a maintenance person was sent the next day. We were asked to refrain from using living room AC and used other ACs with opened doors to cool off the living room area. The maintenance person was not able to fix the AC and AC company was needed to come in for repair. Fortunately, we were out most of that repair day so it didn’t bother us much. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and liked the townhome and its location. I would definitely recommend and stay in this townhome. "
