"To get straight to the point: We strongly advise against booking this accommodation. Although we had booked two nights, we left the apartment after just a few hours because we were so horrified. Communication was poor from the outset and we had difficulties checking in, but we were unable to contact the hostess. The apartment itself was in a catastrophic state. "The hotel’s glory days are long gone. A few years ago, when I stayed there, it seemed like a decent place on the hotel map of Łódź. Today, apart from cleanliness and the very friendly staff, there’s little good to say. The rooms are cold, the furnishings are old, the TV barely works, and the water in the shower drains so slowly that it overflows before you’re done. The hotel also doesn’t offer a late check-out option. For one night, it’s manageable — but for a longer stay… there are better options for a similar price."
