"While this property is excellent in many ways, the main feature is the exceptional view from the decking - breathtaking. The only sound you'll hear is the birdsong and the distant sound of water down the mountainside. So many butterflies and bees here in July. The house is modern, well-equiped, and clean. There is a separate wash room with washing machine which was great for getting through our family size laundry. This is a very quiet area where you are surrounded by nature, and therefore the only drawback is there is no shop nearby, and it takes a car journey of 15 -20 minutes down the hairpin mountain road to a village with grocery shop / boulangerie. But I would definitely love to stay here again."

"The property is Gîte-Rural, with emphasis on rural. The location is at the very end of a road in a small village. It doesn’t get much more remote! The hosts are lovely, with a warm welcome, even though our Francais is not strong they tried to make our stay as good as possible. There is no WiFi but the mobile signal is pretty good."

"This was our second stay in this cottage, and we had a fantastic time. The house has ideal dimensions for an outdoor holiday cottage and it contains everything you could ask for. Vicdessos is a wonderful location for an activity-based holiday, with incredible hikes within easy reach. It has good shops and an excellent market every Thursday. There is much to interest lovers of history in the immediate vicinity, and there are beautiful towns and good vinyards not far away. We hope to return soon."
