"Room was comfortable for my family of 4, the toilet wasn't very clean. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. "

"The room was dirty, the bathroom had tons of water damage (so, probably lots of mold was painted over), the sheets were literally tattered on both beds, and they ran out of bedding for the pullout couch. One of the employees (I presume a cleaner/maid) used their keycards to walk into our room without knocking! I was sitting on the bed, stunned, and just looked at her as she said sorry and left. This was at 9 am, not past the checkout time!"
