"We enjoyed our stay here. Quick one night stop to watch the ball game. Great location, free parking and a lovely space. Nice restaurant on the corner to grab some food and coffee in the morning. Only downside was we had 3 people and it was advertised that the couch was a pull out for sleeping but there were signs inside saying no sleeping on it so that was a bit confusing and there were no sheets provided for pull out. "Very clean apartment, super kitchen, with a great location in the 8th Street design district, walkable to everything interesting, good places to eat nearby. The host was very friendly and informative, and when we had a (very minor) glitch was quick to respond with the remedy."

"Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours."

"The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect location for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well. Overall the property was clean. However, the shower curtain on the top level had scum and mildew on it and the comforter had 3 big stains. More furniture in the living room and porch would be nice as well.
