"The service here is truly exceptional. They care deeply about their guests, and when the refrigerator wasn't working in the room service room, it was replaced immediately. When I requested room service, the attendant arrived very quickly. All the staff, from the hotel entrance to reception to the rooms, are excellent and helpful. Swimming together. The rooms themselves offer a stunning sea view and a beautiful bathroom. However, the bathrooms need renovation to befit this hotel. Despite their spaciousness, the bathtub is very narrow and unsuitable for the elderly. The buffet has options to suit all tastes, both adults and children, but it needs more supervision. Guests often let their children handle food and pastries with their bare hands, which is unsightly for others. The children can't be blamed if there isn't more oversight from the management."
