"Pros- The host responded to concerns quickly. More spacious than a hotel. 2 televisions. Large refrigerator, great dining room, spacious living room. Beds were super soft. Cons- Listing said it was as an entire house, but it is really a basement apartment. We heard kids running around at night when we were trying to sleep. Air and beds were damp from moisture in the air. My husband who is always hot had a heard time sleeping. Kitchen has some items, but most of the VRBOs I have stayed in...

"Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy.
