The home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a dining room table that seats 12. Indoor fun includes a 50 in screen TV, indoor fireplace and plenty of table space for games or crafts.

Room to dock smaller private boat.

Kayaks, paddle boards and lily pad available for rent.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 living rooms, 2 dining tables (main table seats 12 and walk-out level table seats 8), 50inch large screen TV + 3 additional smart TV’s, gas fireplace, ceiling fans.

KITCHENS: Upper level: Fully equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, garbage compactor, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Crock-Pot, dishware/flatware, wine glasses, Keurig, hand mixer, blender, complimentary spices, kitchen island (2 stools). Lower-level kitchenette: refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker.

PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (8 vehicles), trailer may be parked in drive way. Maximum 8 cars total for property.

THE LOCATION

LAKE LATOKA: A deep, clearwater lake great for swimming, fishing and water recreation. Lake public access and a public swimming beach located on the north side (lifeguard staff present at this location). Latoka is made up of two lakes connected by a small waterway, Big and Little Latoka. It is stocked with Northerns, Crappies, Rock Bass, and Walleyes. The lake is 763-acres with a mean depth of 35ft and a max dept of 108 feet.

Lic #1852 - Overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up plus 3 additional children aged 5 and under for a total of 15 overnight guests. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County Short Term Rental requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking.
