Very nice stay in a very peaceful part of Alexandria. Easy walk to beach, local restaurants and small stores. Food was great and staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional and generously replenished all toiletries and bottle water every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Very beautiful hotel.

Rixos hotel exceeded my expectations by a mile. The staff were very helpful especially Mariam Magdy. I will definitely stay there again.

best resort at alex

Friendly staff, excellent service and comfortable room, convenient location! They even upgraded my room. So overall I loved my stay in this hotel. I was also impressed by their safety measures against Coronavirus. Thank you for everything.

This historic hotel has been perfectly restored and is centrally located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a better breakfast anywhere I have stayed including many hotels in USA. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone, particularly those with a nostalgic inclination.

Great view from the rooftop, breakfast was decent. Had full espresso bar. Room was nice and comfortable, and AC was great. Loved the style and decorations of the hotel.

Very nice people and very clean rooms, Outstanding work from the manager 👏 👌 👍

Really nice place—sea was lovely, but it’s right on the road, so could be a bit noisy. Overall, great aesthetic, clean, and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect location, clean rooms and very friendly staff

It was an excellent hotel, inside the palace and adjacent to the Mediterranean sea. The hotel staff were friendly and the area is convenient. The hotel itself has a sushi place, Chinese food, Texas BBQ, and a McDonald's 1 minute walk away. You can take a public transportation for less than 3 Egyptian Pounds from the hotel to the happenings of Alexandria. The hotel is inside a huge palace garden and you can spend 2 hours exploring the area, walk along the beach with many cafes and restaurants...

All of the staff were very friendly and hard working. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during our vist to Alexandria. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasurable. I'm from the USA and this was my first trip to Egypt. Thanks to all of the staff at Hilton Alexandria Corniche that make our stay welcoming and pleasent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Helnan Palace Hotel. We booked three rooms to celebrate my sister-in-law’s wedding, and the experience was truly special. The hotel’s decoration and vibe perfectly reflect the elegance of the last king’s era, adding a unique charm to our stay. The staff and service were beyond excellent. Youssef and the entire Front Desk team were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. The location is fantastic—just a short walking distance from...

The staff were quick and friendly, the price was unbeatable.
