We are offering a private bedroom and bathroom. This room is perfect for either long term or short term stays. If you are interested in a long term stay, please message me and we can discuss! The room is super cozy with a king size bed, adjustable lighting, ceiling fan, 55 inch TV (with Netflix), 1 walk in closet and work station. We provide linens, towels, shampoo, soap, and blow dryer. This room also comes with FREE parking! We pride ourselves on cleanliness and comfort.
The space
You can enjoy site seeing or working in the city during the day and the calmness of our community during the night.
Guest access
You will have access to pool & hot tub (opens 5/28-9/3), and grill area (open all year) both are located right across the street from our town home. The kitchen, family room, dining room, and patio area are located on the main level and are shared spaces. There are 2 other rooms in the home that are also listed on . Your room is located on the opposite end of the hallway so it feels secluded and you will have plenty of quiet time.

As mentioned in the description this room comes with the FREE parking offered in our driveway. Additional free public street parking is offered within the complex, however parking is limited. There is additional garage parking available in the complex at a charge of $5 per night. We also offer car rentals through the APP Turo. It is basically but for cars!
During your stay
We do not live on site. Our Co-host lives within minutes of the location if needed.
Other things to note
Sugar palm Thai restaurant and Panera bread are steps away from the house.
There is also a gas station, Dunkin' Donuts, nail salon and dry cleaners all within steps of the house. The closest supermarket is Giant and is about 10 minutes away.
