"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine kindness, generosity, and warmth that we immediately felt at home. The host made us feel less like guests and more like family—as though we had known them our entire lives! The hospitality was truly exceptional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every part of our experience made our family vacation even more special. Rixos Montaza Alexandria

Rixos Montaza Alexandria

10/10 Excellent
"The property is very nice. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were super friendly. I hoped the pool was heated as shown on their site especially in October , especially it was a bit chilly! I asked them why is it not heated? They said it will be heated starting November! Not sure why not in October especially that no one was daring to use the pool and always empty, so it needs to be heated !!!"
