"The place looks exactly what we expected in the photos, or even better. We checked the place when we arrived, and we knew that we booked a really nice place for a family staycation. "Was here for a wedding, the hotel placed me and my partner in a totally different building. Which was very dirty and the washroom smells terribly. When we asked the reception they said they are not allowed to checked us in into the building that we reserved because it was booked exclusively for someone’s 82nd birthday. Keep in mind we did not book this hotel last minute, we booked this almost a year ago for the wedding. "
