"Staff was friendly, great ocean view. Windows do not block any sound, so very noisy, any noise from the street or beach is heard in the room. When flushing the toilet, it sprays up all over the seat, disgusting. Bathroom could use updating. "

"The room was a 8X10 with no window of any kind. A death by fire trap. There was no buffet breakfast as promised. On Dec. 7 had American Express book me another hotel" IBIS Budget Hotel" I was ripped off. I thought you guys only dealt with reputable hotels. I even tried to find a number to call none was available."

"So we went here for a getaway during our stay in Brazil. When we arrived found out that no one speaks english which website makes it sound like there is staff thag does. The room we booked was also right above the kids center which was very loud even till 10pm. It was also the off season so there was an incredible amount of construction going on around during the day right close to our room. The staff was excellent though. Very helpful and accommodating. The food was much the same each day. This place is great for families with young kids. "
