"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "Lovely hotel. Lacked room information and chairs for the table. Hard mattress but that might be a plus for some visitors. Lovely clean bedding. Good supply of teas and coffees. Great Tv and lovely toiletries in bathroom. Super digital display of Brighton beach in the day and a nighttime beach scene at night instead of a window. Great air con. Really good location- near beach and near town centre. I’d recommend this to others."

"Room was spacious for a single en-suite with, clean and comfy. Decor is looking a little tired and in need of some painting. Staff were polite, efficient and continually helpful. the only potential drawback is that there are no catering facilities on-site but there are plenty of cafe's and restaurants within a ten minute walk but worth being aware of that when you book. In general a Hotel that provides what it says in an efficient manner and welcoming style. Not a luxury hotel by any means but certainly value for money, Highly recommended for those on a limited budget. Nice peaceful area and the added bonus of still having lockable rooms without the need of the dreaded swipe card."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Good facilities - kettle, coffee maker, biscuits, hairdryer. I asked for a quiet room and the room I was given was lovely and quiet. The only negative I have is that I requested an early check in. It's a real shame that the staff are only able to tell you if the request has been granted is when you turn up an hour early. Would be much more helpful to know some hours in advance."
