In the peaceful countryside not far from Palma, the family-friendly rural home Sa Torreta is situated in the typical Mallorcan town of Algaida and impresses guests with its generous pool area. Built with rustic wooden roof beams, the spacious holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite television. In your generous outdoor area you will find a veranda with a lounge area, a terrace with a sunshade overgrown with romantic vines, and a barbecue to prepare delicious meals. Your 24 m² pool, lined by sun loungers and a parasol, also awaits you on a warm afternoon. You can reach the closest supermarket and restaurants in 8 minutes walking (650 away) and the centre of the capital city Palma, with a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants and bars, is just 18 minutes driving or 20 km from the property. Furthermore, a wonderful selection of golden, sandy beaches, including Playa de Palma and Playa S’Arenal, are about 19 km or a 20-minute drive away. The water park "Aqualand" is located a 20-minute drive away.

Pros: The villa was really lovely - Spanish rustic, with modern facilities. We loved the privacy and tranquility, expecially in the morning (it beat having to get up and get ready to go down to breakfast in a hotel!!). The owner was so pleasant - he went 'above and beyond' to make our stay special. Cons: The location was fairly remote, which had its disadvantages as well as advantages (see 'privacy' above). It was a 5 minute drive from the nearest small town. So, we always had to drive to go to the supermarket, or a bar or restaurant. It would have been perfect if it had been walkable. However, it wasn't a big issue for us.

Pros: La casa estaba muy limpia, las camas cómodas y todo estaba correcto. La comunicación con el encargado fue muy buena y rápida. Hay toallas de ducha y piscina, trapos, servilletas y cosas necesarias para cocinar. También nos dejaron agua potable suficiente para toda la estancia. Hay lavadora con jabón, secador de pelo y plancha para la ropa. Cons: Me pareció muy simple la decoración, los armarios bastante cutrillos, algún armario de la cocina huele a humedad y el armario de la habitación de abajo también. Faltan cortinas o por lo menos arreglar los estores del salón. Los toldos de la zona de la piscina extremadamente pequeños por lo que la sombra es poca y creo que es muy necesario poner mosquiteras porque cuando llegamos estaba lleno de moscas. Todas las notas e instrucciones están escritas a mano, y el cartel de la entrada también...para mí gusto por el precio que pagamos deberían mejorar los detalles para darle más profesionalidad y hacer de la casa un lugar más acogedor.

Pros: Het zwembad was erg lekker, de kamers waren erg ruim en de keuken was ook erg schoon. Over het algemeen een prachtig huis. Enric (huisbaas) heeft ons goed verzorgd. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk op deze locatie.
