This charming cottage is situated in Algaida, a quiet zone in central Mallorca and can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
This property features a private, 9 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 2.10 m. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and an exterior shower and you will enjoy lovely views over the countryside. If you like to cook outside, you can surprise your loved ones with a tasty barbecue. This house has two porches where you can enjoy great al-fresco dining. The plot is very big so your children can play.

The charming interiors will make you feel at home from the very first moment. The stone-lined walls and antic elements like the old fountain, give a warm touch to the sitting-dining room. There, you can watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or read a good book by the fireplace. It is also air-conditioned. The laundry is located on the terrace and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This beautiful house offers a double bed bedroom which is air-conditioned. There is a loft upstairs which offers two single beds and it also is air-conditioned. This loft is open to the living-dining room and can be access through a staircase. regarding the bathrooms, the house features a shower bathroom with a bidet.

This fantastic cottage is located in Algaida, in the centre of Mallorca, surrounded by fields and meadows. In the town you will find all necessary amenities for your stay. In Randa you will find an equestrianism centre and the chapel of the Santuari de Cura is also quite close. The golf course Son Gual is about 15 km away and there you can practise the perfect tee-off. If the beach is what you are searching for, it's up to you! As the property is located in the centre of the island, by car you can easily go to lots of fantastic beaches. In the south, there are the lively beaches of Can Pastilla and Playa de Palma, in the south-east, you can discover the beautiful natural beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita and heading to the west, you can spend a day on the gravel bays of the Tramuntana.

A beautiful villa with private pool

A lovely villa with private pool. The hose was lovely and met us at check-in an accomadated a very early check-out. The villa is large with a spacious kitchen, lounge and a very private pool area for relaxing. Thank you for a lovely stay. Of note, the accommadation is run by Homerti which is based in Marjorca. I was worried at first as payment was through them rather than VRBO but VRBO reassured me and the communication with Homerti was good. I would stay again.

Trsufhafte Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wer die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden möchte, hat hier ein super Basiscamp. Die Vermieter sind zuckersüß und absolut unkompliziert. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Die frischen Eier jeden Tag waren ein toller Bonus.

Ein paar gemütliche Tage

Die Finca ist von den meisten Seiten nicht einsehbar und in ruhiger Lage, sodass wir für einige Tage abschalten konnten. Das gesamte Gelände hat einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck gemacht, aber es wirkt auf den Bildern im Innenbereichen deutlich heller, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Da wir die meiste Zeit draußen waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind gepflegt und bieten genügend Platz. In der Gegend gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, aber mit dem Auto ist man auf Mallorca insgesamt sehr mobil. Empfehlen können wir von der Natur her auf jeden Fall den Norden Mallorcas. Im Süden werden Natur- und Wanderfreunde nicht auf ihre Kosten kommen. Insgesamt hat die Finca unseren Anspruch für 4 Tage Entspannung sehr entsprochen, sodass wir sie weiterempfehlen würden.

Juste Parfait !

La villa est conforme aux photos avec une quantité impressionnante d'équipements utiles. Elle est située à la campagne (voiture indispensable). Emplacement idéal pour naviguer dans tous les coins de l'île. La piscine est parfaite et sans vis à vis. Tout est très propre. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Nous recommandons et reviendrons ici, si nous faisons une second séjour à Majorque.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Finca, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden ist. Sie war sauber und nicht's war " verwohnt ". Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Pool, ein Traum und auch die Außenanlage sehr schön. Wer einen Platz sucht um mal abzuschalten, der ist hier genau richtig. Trotzdem ist mit dem Auto alles schnell zu erreichen.

Ganz toller Urlaub

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter auf der Finca. Waren bereits 2016 dort. Sehr ruhig, entspannend und erholsam. Kommen auch im nächsten Jahr wieder. Was uns überrascht hat, die Finca hat sich in einem Jahr nicht verändert. Nichts abgewohnt oder defekt. SUPER! Ganz nette und liebe Vermieter. Man sollte wissen, dass das Bett nur 140 cm breit ist. Stört aber nicht. Man kann auch noch auf der Empore schlafen. Zwei Einzelbetten.

Ein tolles Anwesen!

Wir waren das erste Mal auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen in Son Garbie. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, hier wurde nichts beschönigt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz durchgängiger Vermietung ist das Haus nicht abgewohnt oder veraltet. Ganz im Gegenteil...Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und auch in der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Pool, den wir täglich nutzten. Das ganze Anwesen ist uneinsehbar und man hat absolut seine Ruhe! Einen lieben Dank auch an den sehr freundlichen Vermieter...Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
