"I was surprised by the automatic check-in machine, but it went smoothly. The room was very clean and had the most amenities I've ever seen. Surprisingly they provide slippers and a bottle of wine! There was a vacant lot right in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about parking. Since it was a winter stay, we couldn't use the pool. However, in the other seasons there must be even more fulfilling accommodations."

They were contactable by phone however. It might be an idea to put some water and milk in the fridge for guests arrival. Area around the property great with a couple of restaurants, bars and a well stocked supermarket. Rhonda itself a not to unpleasant 20 minute walk. 8 taxi ride back (not on Sundays). "This hotel is an oasis of tranquilty in an old town, but away from tourist intensity. Contemporary comfort , customer service at superior level from reception (used whats App for satellite images to guide me down slip road!), Pool looking onto mountains and fields was sublime. Then a music session with singer and guitar at 5pm all hotel guests loved. Food was really good at dinner, and breakfast was custom made eggs to order plus continental. The walk into old tow is maybe 800m and a historical...

"No one was at the hotel to let us in ...we arrived in the afternoon and had reservations. The plumbing drains filled the rooms with a sewage smell. The wifi was difficult to open. Other guests arrived at night and couldn’t get in location is perfect. Room was clean and hotel was attractive. They just need someone to be there. We do not travel with a phone and even the other guests who did needed our help getting a number to call."
