"The views are absolutely incredible. Clean, great breakfast, nice pool area, drinks were plentiful and good. Great location for exploring the Algarve. We rented a vehicle but we walked into town everyday. It was a close walk. Highly recommend."

"Stayed in Oct this year. Our room was lovely, the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a very good location, overlooking the marina and Ria Formosa natural park, it was within easy reach of the old town and lots of lovely restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when in Faro."

"For the moment you walk in the door ,the staff are so welcoming and friendly.Jonao was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a little different each day so you didn't eat the same thing very day. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Hotel says 5 star could be argued as lower , needs updating , 80's decore , air-conditioning in room didnt work first night, couldn't leave door open for the patio cause it didn't have a screen ,second night they sent a repair man to fix air-conditioning, mildly better but not great . Parking not on site off site, bad directions to get there. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel . Great beach and pool. Staff wonderful. Awesome location"

"Front reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very close to the center of Lagos entertainment and dining area - 1 to 3 minutes from center, walking. My room was at rear of building and was quiet to outside noises. Some noise between rooms due to all the tile and hard wall surfaces, but not bad. Very clean, spotless with a large bathtub/shower combo. Very close to the town "bell", which was so nice to hear every so often. I noticed the bell didn't ring in the late evening or overnight (I would have liked if it did). Overall, excellent."

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check your child's height. 140cm + gets you full access to everything. Sub 120cm excludes some of the rollercoasters and big slides. Sub 110cm excludes a lot of the slides. Only a few Kiddy slides left to explore. A quick 5 min walk to the park. Wrist bands get you straight it. You will have to leave your stuff unattended if you plan on moving around the park as a family. Or you can rent a locker for 10euro per day. But everyone leaves their stuff on the grassed area and there seems to be a level of trust amongst everyone. We left our towels, phones and flip flops and never had anything missing."
