The villa is rented on the lower floor, which consists of two flats each with bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen.

Villa Le Palme is recommended for those who wish to go on holiday with their children knowing that they will be entertained by games created especially for them, in complete safety.

The villa has been designed to ensure the entertainment of its guests. In the 2000sqm garden, with covered parking spaces and a swimming pool, there is a gym under the gazebo, a children's play area, table football, 5 bicycles for guests and a ramp for the disabled.

The villa, located a few kilometres from Alghero, is near the village of Fertilia and a few minutes drive from the beaches of Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto, the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera. Near the house, within walking distance, there are several agritourisms.

On the top floor of the villa live the owners, but they are hardly ever at home, and the rest is rented out for the exclusive use of the guests.

The lower floor, apart from the steps, is accessible by a ramp, ideal for wheelchair users. The villa is divided into 2 floors, the upper floor (where the owners live) and the lower floor, with 2 adjacent flats rented for exclusive use, consisting of 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, access ramp for the disabled, garden of 2000sqm with swimming pool (10x5metres), gazebo, gym.

In the villa the bedrooms on the lower floor have air conditioning. While in the rooms there are ceiling fans.

In the villa there is air conditioning. The villa, furnished with extreme care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool and the large windows of the living room, which overlook the covered veranda and the lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden.

The villa is in the middle of a large lawn with olive trees and palms. In the lawn, in front of the veranda is the private swimming pool (10 x 5) with a lower part suitable for children and a higher part where you can dive in. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas. Barbecue. Car park. Covered gymnasium. Games for children.

The villa and the garden have been designed for the safety of the youngest children, who will be given a gate to prevent them from descending from the veranda to the pool unsupervised.

The area where the villa is located, very close to the city centre, is very quiet, but not isolated, as there are numerous villas inhabited all year round and several agriturismi all around. There is an open-air veranda with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining by the pool.

The host is allowed to enter for maintenance of the facilities.
