Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed, overlooking the large terrace with sea views and the nearby Fertilia, and a modern kitchenette with induction hobs equipped with every comfort. A small hallway leads to the double bedroom, the second double bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
A highlight of the house, in addition to its characteristic minimalist and well-kept design, is definitely the spacious terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, but also, for sun lovers, to enjoy the first rays of the sun during the spring months, equipped with comfortable sun loungers ideal for relaxing during sun exposure.
For larger groups or families, additional three-room and two-room units are available in the same building, all with sea views.

The property is completed by a parking space and a laundry room located on the ground floor, where there are 2 washing machines and a luggage storage available for free use, shared with the other apartments throughout the stay.
