Beautifully restored property with a cool and bright interior. Fully fitted with all modern amenities. Well equipped, top spec kitchen and luxury bathrooms with walk in showers. TV and wifi. Dishwasher, washing machine, ample fridge/freezer. Private pool and three terraces. A front veranda offers restful shade. A private pool at the rear with large terrace, outdoor shower and barbecue area. A partially covered roof terrace with a sea view for very private sunbathing. Equally fantastic for lounging and enjoying spectacular sunsets over the famous and iconic Capo Caccia. A choice of dining areas on all three terraces. Generous seating throughout.

Inside there is one twin bedroom (can join up as kingsize bed) and one double bedroom. Open plan living/dining room with large rustic dining table and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine with a zona notte for extra sleeping space. There is also an independent casetta with a small double bed and en suite bathroom.

Set in gated grounds with classically Mediterranean olive, citrus, fig and almond trees. Twenty minutes from the airport and only a five minute drive to the beautiful town of Alghero, with its spellbinding historical centre, marina, bars, excellent restaurants and shops. Also only a five minute drive to the local La Speranza beach with pure white sand, turquoise water and local restaurant/bar.

A very relaxing stay

We have booked the house for 2 weeks. It is not quite cheap but worth every euro !. The homeowner is very friendly and always available by phone. The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and perfect for a holiday in Sardinia. The location is great near Alghero overlooking the sea. Very quiet location for a relaxing holiday. The service (cleaning lady, pool boy) is also great and very friendly. We have been welcomed very friendly and uncomplicated. All in all, only to be recommended. Thanks to Marco! It was really a great place to stay!

Das Ferienhaus war für uns perfekt! Sauber, schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Eine ruhige abgeschiedene Lage südlich von Alghero garantiert Erholung und zumEinkaufen ist man dennoch innerhalb von 10 min in der Stadt oder am Strand.Das Haus verfügt über alles was man benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen dort und hätten nochmal zwei Leute unterbringen können. Der Pool ist traumhaft, aus dem Garten haben wir jeden Morgen Feigen und Mandeln und geerntet, und jeden Abend saßen wir auf der Dachterrasse um den Sonnenuntergang im Meer zu bestaunen.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Putzdame, die 1xpro Woche kommt, war gründlich und effizient.Eine herzliche Empfehlung für alle die einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaubsort für Selbstversorger suchen!

Ottima esperienza

Davvero carina questa casa a solo 10 minuti da Alghero con una piscina assolutamente utile soprattutto nelle giornate più calde e più affollate alle spiagge. Abbastanza spaziosa all’interno e con sempre un tavolo all’ombra per pranzare o per cenare (specialmente piacevole quello sul terrazzo con vista mare all’ombra a pranzo), pecca un pochino nei bagni quasi inesistenti. I letti sono comodi, ci sono i lettini intorno alla piscina e una doccia esterna molto apprezzata. La cortesia è stata massima sia da parte del proprietario che da parte di Karen che ci ha fatto check-in e check-out. La casa ha anche un grande giardino dove si può parcheggiare tranquillamente l’auto. Siamo stati davvero bene, grazie e a presto.

La maison est superbe et offre tous les services pour passer de vraies vancances au calme avec une vue magnifique et un dépaysement assuré. Tout était parfait surtout si on ne veut pas trop cuisiner car il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.... Nous conseillerions vivement cette location à nos proches! L'organisation et la communication avec les propriétaires et la gestionnaire de la location sont parfaitement rodées. Que du positif! Dommage que la semaine soit passée si vite!

Bon séjour dans cette villa très agréable et bien équipée pour profiter de l'extérieur.

Nous avons passé un de très bons moments dans cette belle villa bien équipée pour vivre à l'extérieur. Manque un peu de lumière. La chambre dans l'annexe est vraiment très petite. Sinon belle vue, piscine extra.

une semaine idéale dans une belle maison bien aménagée. Emplacement idéale au calme aux milieux d'oliviers magnifiques. La piscine est un plus, bien appréciée par les enfants , la mallette de jeux est bien appréciable également mais mon gros coup de cœur restera la douche extérieure !! We really had a wonderful stay, the house and pool were beautiful and in an exceptional location . We had everything we needed and the private pool was great - especially for the kids ! The booking and communication with Marco was faultless and we'd love to come back and explore more of Sardinia ! La Speranza beach so close by was a gem and obviously the ease of exploring, shopping and eating out in Alghero without staying in the town was perfect for us.
