La casa Presiosa is a 3-storey house with a small garden and a lovely sun terrace.
The house has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for max 5 adults/children and a baby/toddler.
Furthermore, you have an extensive kitchen with all amenities such as a convection oven for your delicious rolls in the morning and a living room/dining room with dining table, sofa, etc. The house also has a small bathroom with toilet and washing facilities downstairs, and upstairs a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower. The house has a large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool. The swimming pool has access for people who are less mobile. Opposite the house is a nature reserve where you can make wonderful hikes and walks and enjoy nature. The La Finca golf course is also only 5 minutes away from the house. The entertainment centre is within walking distance of max 5 minutes. Here you will find restaurants, bars, shops etc. Torrevieja can be reached by car within 15 minutes. Furthermore, there are water parks for children, playgrounds and lots of entertainment for both young and old in the area.
