"The room was great in size, bed comfortable. Television did not work, reported to front desk, and assured it would be fixed; it wasn't. Bathroom was dated, terrible shower, and shower screen leaked. Definitely not the bathroom of a 4* hotel."

Owner Threaten to kick us off property
"The property was as pictured. Bed sheets had not been washed and had stains and hairs. Halfway during our stay we lost power due to a thunderstorm. We waited 5 hours for it to comeback and it did not. I then contacted the owners on the app to which there was no response so I communicated with Vrbo. ..."
