Spectacular apartment with magnificent sea views. It has all kinds of amenities, very bright, newly renovated. Bus and tram stops at the door of the building. Ideal for 2 or 3 people (maximum 4). Chillout area on the terrace. With the possibility of picking up and approaching the station if the schedules are compatible. With closed parking space, optional. Beach a few minutes walk. 11th floor It has 1 bedroom and in the living room 1 sofa bed of 1.50 by 2.00. T. V. (living room and bedroom), Smart-T. V. (movistar, netflix, amazon prime, etc). Also 2 swimming pools for adults and another 2 for children, sports facilities, children's play area. Close to all kinds of services.

Séjour Alicante

Très joli appartement, avec vue magnifique sur la mer.Très bien situé ,bus au pied de l immeuble et tram à 500 m .Plage non loin du tram …bref tout était parfait.De plus ,Javier est toujours disponible en cas de besoin.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Merci Javier.
