The flat consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Further amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a baby cot and a 42" flat screen TV with satellite TV.
The outdoor area offers a large private terrace with a gas barbecue, as well as a shared garden.
Due to the central location, all shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. A restaurant is 25 m, a café 390 m, a bar 170 m and a supermarket 400 m from the flat. Pros: The apartment id very good, well equiped, generally very nice, but I was surprised because they were required to pay extra for washing towels, were not changed during the 10 days of our stay, and at the end I was deanded payment extra 15 euros per persone! If you pay at the hotel the same 70 euros per night while towels are changed daily, not once in 10 days! - demanding additional payment - 15 euros per persone. Of course I paid.

Pros: Skulle i år prøve en storby-ferie, og her har Alicante det hele. - Skøn lejlighed, - og når vejret er godt er man jo ude hele tiden. Poolen sikkert god, hvis den havde været renset og fyld op ved ankomst i stedet for 2-dage før afrejse. Det bør nok overvejes at fortælle7orientere mere om hvor man finder de forskellige ting Tram'en, busserne - indkøbsmuligheder - turistinformationerne har jo masser af gratis information.

Pros: Velindrettet lejlig med god plads til en familie på 5, dejligt med en ren pool og en flot rengjort lejlighed. Alt fungerede efter hensigten. Her kommer vi gerne igen. Fin kommunikation med Ejeren før og under ophold.

Pros: Flott leilighet som har alt av fasiliteter. Nydelige tynne dundyner og aircondition på soverom og oppholdsrom. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Vi manglet ikke noe. Kort vei til kjempefin strand med rikelig antall solstoler. Hyggelige verter. Norske tv kanaler. Kort avstand inn til Alicante sentrum med tram. Anbefaler gjerne leiligheten til andre.

Pros: Hemos estado cuatro adultos alojados una semana. El apartamento es.....¡fantástico! Nada que ver con otros apartamentos vacacionales. Pros: Skøn bolig til til 6 mennesker, perfekt med små børn pga. lille pool i haven, stor terrasse og tæt på stranden. Meget velassorteret køkken og herligt med vaskesøjle og tørrestativer på seperat balkon. Ungerne nød også de danske kanaler på tv, når de skulle slappe af. Alt er meget indbydende og rent, og dejligt med to komplette badeværelser. Lidt dyrt for slutrengøring og linnedpakke oveni prisen.

Pros: Helt underbar lägenhet som låg centralt och nära stranden. Har haft bra kontakt med Jan som har varit hjälpsam och svarat på alla mina frågor. Poolen var underbar och barnen kände sig trygga där. Något högljudda grannar men skulle absolut hyra denna lägenheten igen

Pros: Dejlig bolig med mange faciliteter og masser af plads. Opdelt i to soveafdelinger, den ene med et dobbeltværelse med dobbeltseng og et badeværelse, den anden med to dobbeltværelser, et med dobbeltseng og et med to enkeltsenge, og et badeværelse. Også mulighed for tremmeseng. Det to afdelinger var adskilt af en stue og et køkken med spisebord. Meget veludstyret køkken med alt, hvad man behøver. Dejlige stor skyggefuld balkon med havebord og 6 stole. Mindre balkon på solsiden med solsenge, tørrestativer og vaskesøjle. Haven er hyggelig med en lille pool med loungemøbler. Dejligt sted at bade, når man ikke har tid til at gå på stranden. Lejligheden var meget ren, pæn og velholdt. Eneste problem var en lidt dårlig lugt omkring sofaen, som var svær at bestemme, men normalt kan man have døre og vinduer åbne, hvilket hjælper. Resten af lejligheden duftede fint. Kvarteret, hvor lejligheden ligger, er et forstadskvarter med etagebyggeri og højhuse. Ikke noget hyggeligt bymiljø, men der er et område med forretninger, restauranter og supermarked. Man kommer dog let ind til Alicante med sporvognen., og dette er en rigtig spansk by med masser at se på. Stranden er lækker og havet dejligt. Der er en strandpromenade med cafeer og legepladser, det hele lige i nærheden.

Pros: Location superbe (grande) pour nous 5 il y’a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut comme à la maison. 200/300 mètres d’une magnifique plage aux sable fins avec une mer chaude topissime. Les commerces à côté.. Restos sympas. Terrasse très grande. Une autre moyenne avec machine et sèche linge, séchoirs. Beaucoup de rangements. Les 2 salles de douches très belles, fonctionnelles surtout pratiques. La petite piscine pour se rafraîchir est un petit coin de détente entourée de verdure. Très bien entretenue. Vous pouvez poser votre voiture si vous ne souhaitez pas bouger car tout peut se faire à pieds. Il y’a des transports en commun qui vous emmène dans le centre d’Alicante. Nous qui bougions beaucoup en voiture pour visiter (montagne chute d’Alger, Elche...) nous trouvions toujours une place proche de la résidence. Seul petit bémols, un peu trop de vis à vis à Notre goût. Mais avec un peu d’ingéniosité pour avoir de la intimité. Nous n’étions pas souvent dans l’appartement. Un propriétaire au top pour le relationnel. Un 10/10 pour tous nos mails échangés, Je tiens particulièrement à vous remercier pour votre bien vaillance, être à l’écoute de vos locataires. Superbes vacances mêmes masqués.
