Large fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, fridge, oven, dish washer), spacious living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, WC, WIFI, air conditioning, satellite TV.
    The house has the great advantage to be ideally situated in the heart of Alicante, at only 100 meters from the beach. In the same street i.e. calle Villavieja, you may visit the museum of contemporary Art and the magnificent Iglesia Santa Maria. All services - restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pubs, casino, harbour, market place, theater, public transportation, etc. - are at a walking distance.
