Had a good time at the Charm Beach Retreat! Just be aware that the hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city centre and is in more of a residential area, which can be a bit frustrating if you want to be going back and forth to your hotel. Also, the room to your hotel leads straight outside; there is no hallway or lobby in the traditional sense, but there is a gate around the property and a code to your room, which only you have access to and is changed after every visit. The staff are really helpful when you contact them; my room was clean, and the air conditioning was effective!

Lovely place to stay, rooms are excellent and clean, staff are very helpful and polite. You can hire beach equipment for easiness and at good price. Location is very good with tram stop few minutes away taking you to busy central beach or main city centre. Local beach also few minutes walk. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!
