Enjoyed our 2 night stay

2 night stay in hotel, great location on sea front with views of the harbour. Short walk to many restaurants and bars. Hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast.

Hotel was within walking distance to everything. It was very clean and the breakfast included option was good. However the doors in the apartments slammed shut if you didnt close them carefully and we heard this constantly from other apartments.

Only One elevator was working for entire building, hence long lineups ! There is no parking at the hotel and not easy to drop off/on the luggage, Hotel has good location and rooms have great views! Allso breakfast was delicious!

Super beliggenhed - dog nogen larm fra gaderenovation lige udenfor hotellet. Savnede kaffe/the faciliteter på værelset, men super med køleskab man selv kunne fylde. Morgenmaden var i særklasse, og personalet var meget venlige og åbnede 10 minutter tidligere, så vi kunne nå at få morgenmad

We were impressed by Jamie’s Customer Service. It’s a receptionist who would always welcoming you with a smile even he is super busy and the only one at the reception! Anything we needed to arrange he did immediately without any delays. He is such an asset of the entire team of the hotel! Thank you Jamie!

Skønt hotel med god service og central beliggenhed

Skønt hotel i hjertet af Alicante og tæt på stranden. Vi havde Premium værelse med balkon og havudsigt på 20. etage. Alle pengene værd! Wow en udsigt👌 Receptionisterne var fantastiske og meget hjælpsomme. Eneste lille minus var at morgenmaden var ret trist og kedelig.

Noen netter i Alicante

Vi dro for noen netter i Alicante og valgte derfor hotell nærmere stranden, det billigste av rommene. Vi viste vi ikke kjøpte med utsikt, men såg rett inn i neste bygg. Rommet var kjempe trangt, når du satt på do så klarte man så vidt å ha plass til knærne grunnet badekar, nesten ikke mulig å være inne på badet samtidig. Veldig lytt ellers. Rommet var ved heisen og det var mye bråk fra den, ellers veldig lytt når man stod i gangen, så hørte man hva folk på de andre rommene snakket om. Rengjøringen var vi skuffet over.. vi la hånddukene på gulvet siste dagen for å få nye og vaskedamen tok de opp fra gulvet og brettet de på plass, istedenfor å gi nye, forferdelig.. la heldigvis merke til det. Ansatte var veldig hyggelige og svarte på spørsmål uten å være til noe spesiell hjelp. Frokosten var ok, men ikke noe å hoppe i været for. Det var en restaurant på toppen med kjempe utsikt, men ikke mulig å få bord da det var booket 1 hel uke i forveien. Baren ved siden av stengte ganske tidlig så der fikk vi heller ikke satt oss selvom det satt andre der med fulle drinker. Vi var skuffet, eneste brae med hotellet var nok sentral beliggenhet med nærhet til stranden.
