we left the hotel and lost Ā£200. rooms were filthy

bathroom black mould ceiling about to fall down massive crack and hole. room continually stunk of cigarettessomeone smoking. we left the hotel and rebooked another hotel. reception staff were told 'cant control other guests' worse than a youth hostel should not be listed. gross

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt med bƄde shopping och restauranger runt hƶrnet. Stranden ligger inom promenadavstƄnd. Hotellet Ƥr i behov av renovering. Fick ett rum pƄ vƄning 7 (fanns 2) och det var allt annat Ƥn trevligt och frƤscht, smutsigt och hƄl i vƤggar och tak. Rostangrepp i badkar. Klagade och fick dagen efter ett rum pƄ vƄn 6 vilket var i bƤttre skick. StƤdningen var klanderfri! Rummet Ƥr lyhƶrt bƄde oljud utifrƄn men Ƥven frƄn rummen bredvid. Otaliga kackerlackor slog vi ihjƤl inne pƄ vƄrt rum, de sƄgs Ƥven i trapphuset. Personalen var trevliga och hejade varje gƄng. Tycker det Ƥr synd att hotellet inte satsar och frƤschar upp ordentligt fƶr lƤget Ƥr bra!

Me gustĆ³ mucho la ubicaciĆ³n del hotel, la playa queda a 15min caminando, tiene bastantes restaurantes y cafes cerca. Tienen solo dos lugares de parking en la calle pero quedas enfrente del hotel.

Hyrde ett rum eftersom vi kom med sent flyg till Alicante och behƶvde nĆ„nstans att sova innan vi skulle vidare till Valencia. Personalen var bra och trevlig, men hotellet var ganska sunkigt och gammalt. Billigt dock šŸ˜‰

Var alt for kaldt om kvelden, satt og frĆøs med masse tepper rundt meg. De burde ha ovn pĆ„ et rom med sĆ„ masse vinduer. Internettet funket ikke, gikk av og pĆ„ hvert eneste minutt. Ellers var rommet i seg selv fint.
