"The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. "

"House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable."

"It is actually difficult to pick what’s best about this place, is it that you are less than a minute walk from the beach, or that it feels incredibly spacious yet warm and cozy inside, or the above-and-beyond amenities that Pete and Cathy have included?
