You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Villa in the countryside with swimming pool and abig garden, ideal for families!
Our main residence is available to rent for your summer holidays.
It's an old farmhouse of 200m² fully refurbished, very luminous with large bay windows, with a large living-dining room of 90m² and an open kitchen.
There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a parental suite, ideal for a large family.
The house is perfectly suited to enjoying the outdoors: a large 11x5m swimming pool, a barbecue, a spacious 5,000m2 garden and a view of the Ardèche mountains so you can watch the sunset from your deckchair!
Ideally located in the countryside, 5 minutes from Valence TGV train station, it will be the perfect starting point for exploring all the beauty of our lovely region:
- Hiking, sports activities and river swimming in the mountain of Vercors,
- Lavender fields and picturesque villages in the Drôme Provençale,
- Regional gastronomic delights: ravioles, pogne, Rhône Valley vineyards, Valrhona chocolate factory...
- Cultural visits: Facteur Cheval's palace, Chauvet caves, etc.
