"The vibe was so calm and relaxing. The breakfasts had a huge variety of food, and were tasty. The beds were less firm than usual Portuguese standards, but quite firm by UK standards. The pool was a delightful respite from daily life and as it was quiet, we often had the whole space to ourselves. The staff were lovely. The local town was a bit quiet, and developing in tourism. Large Modern Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa in Vale da Telha

"We had a relaxing holiday, the villa was easily located and key access was fine. A couple of minor issues bur Neil dealt with these promptly and responded to whatapp immediately.The villa was good but a bit of a stretch to describe as a ‘luxury villa’, it was a little tired in places and in need of some love.A shop and a couple of places to eat in walking distance but car is essential to get out and about to beaches and other restaurants."

"The scenery at the location is breathtaking. It’s located close to the coastline and beach area. Although, it’s a little farther from the highway (almost 1.5 hr), it has plenty of restaurants. Not to much of anything else. Staff was friendly but not helpful communicating. For example, they advertised laundry facilities. When I asked about the location of the laundry, a lady offered to help. She specifically said, I would do it for free. We waited about 3 hours to be handled a bag of clothing not completely dry. At the time of checking out we were charged €20 because of the last request and use of dryer. Also, this location doesn’t offer air conditioning. We were sweating all night; not fun. The room only has a small window in the bathroom. We were given a fan that circulated the heat inside the room. Breakfast was great!"

"Tolle Lage, toller Pool, gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Das Haus hat einen tollen Aussenbereich, ist aber innen keine, so wie angegeben, moderne Villa. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Betten, bzw. die Matrazen. Die Betten waren für uns leider nicht ausreichend, aber das Schlafempfinden ist ja subjektiv. Vom Haus aus ist mit dem PKW alles gut erreichbar, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strände. Auch zu Fuß kann man in 20 Minuten an einen schönen Strand laufen."

"What a find! The hotel looked like all the other buildings on the street but we stepped inside to a beautiful, tranquil, friendly hotel. Check in was easy and we were informed all drinks were included. The rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated with really efficient air con. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was perfect for a dip and breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, juice, eggs, yoghurt, coffee, and all things needed for a filling continental breakfast. A really nice added touch when we were presented with a box and a bag and encouraged to make a snack and drink for the road. Situated in the middle of the small village so restaurants almost next door. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"What an excellent property . The staff were friendly and welcoming . We really connected with a gentleman who exhibited excellent customer service . He would engage with us at the pool and morning breakfast ( which was tasty ). The pool facility and bar were perfect . I would visit again . Thanks for the perfect stay."

"Lovely villa and very well equipped. Handover lady only spoke french (at 90mph, at length, and non-stop!) but we got the main points! Very clean, except for the pool (which had not been cleaned prior to our visit, but was cleaned well on our second day, but never again even though he was supposed to come twice a week!). It is quite a windy area and got cool in the evenings and at night, unlike other parts of the Algarve in June. Some very nice (wild) beaches nearby. A couple of great value restaurants virtually next door."
