A magnificent modern-styled villa, the cliff-top Boathouse boasts stunning, uninterrupted ocean and river valley views. Situated in one of Europe’s most pristine nature reserves – the Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina – this luxurious home is beautifully unique.

Sun yourself by the private, solar-heated, chemical-free infinity pool (10m x 5m) while watching the crashing surf. The deck also comprises a 4 person hot-tub, shower and children's paddling pool. All afford magical seascapes over the Park. A concealed electrically operated pool cover provides child protection.

A postcard oceanic view presents an expansive lounge, dining area and kitchen with central under-floor heating, WiFi, smart TV, a large circular dining table and a log-burning fireplace.
Shaded and sheltered outdoor dining is on 2 levels and both are equipped with BBQs.

A sauna provides relief from the mini-gym or a long day playing on the beach.

The basement is occupied by the owners who will be more than happy to help with any concerns.
